Tarragon essential oil has a richly sweet, spicy, anise-like, green scent. It is light yellow in colour and has a thin consistency.

It originated in Spain.

Anti-rheumatic, aperitif, digestive, deodorant, emmenagogue, stimulant and vermifuge.

1. Tarragon oil helps in digestion.
2. It can be helpful for anorexia, dyspepsia, flatulence, hiccups, internal spasm,nervous indigestion, menstrual pains and to regulate periods.

• Tarragon oil is non-irritant and non-sensitizing but can be toxic and should be used in moderation. 
• It should be avoided during pregnancy.
