What are aromatherapy oils?
Aromatherapy oils are of two types - carrier oils and essential oils. Essential oils are are not used in their pure form, so they are diluted with carrier oils.
Essential oils are the subtle, volatile liquids that are extracted from flowers, resins, wood, roots, fruits, herbs, leaves, seeds etc. Essential oils can affect every aspect of our daily life - mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health and balance.

What are Aromatherapy Essential Oils used for?
Essential Oils can be used to treat a variety of illnesses, conditions and diorders. Some oils have a balancing effect on the body, some help you to refresh your mind, some relieve pain and headaches and some of them have an uplifting and stimulating effect.

What ways can I use aromatherapy essential oils?
There are many different ways to enjoy aromatherapy oils Essential oils can be very effective in baths, massages and inhalation treatments. They can also be helpful if worn as a perfume.

Are aromatherapy essential oils safe to use?
Aromatherapy Essential Oils are safe to use if precautions are followed properly. Do not use Essential oils undiluted on the skin as the oils are extremely concentrated. Some oils can be allergic or cause allergic reactions to some people. So it is very important to test it before using a new oil. Essential oils should only be taken internally after consultation from a trained and qualified aromatherapy practitioner.

Why exactly should we focus on precautions while pursuing aroma therapy?
We should always refer to Aromatherapy Precautions before using it, as aromatherapy is all about "treatment using scents" or aromas using essential oils, so you should know beforehand what aroma or essential oil suites you under certain circumstances or conditions and what are their affects.
